- QUESTIONS:
- Todd Sweet: Part of operational excellence: Classification/review of AP’s versus Civil Service pre-pandemic, is that coming back?
- Yes, part of an audit that happens every 3-years. Put on hold due to pandemic. Some positions were addressed through attrition and rehiring as Civil Service. As part of that 3 year audit, State University Civil Service will challenge positions and exemptions and Illinois HR has to address those one a case by case basis. No plans to restart the classification review at this time.
