    • QUESTIONS:
      • Todd Sweet: Part of operational excellence: Classification/review of AP’s versus Civil Service pre-pandemic, is that coming back?
        •  Yes, part of an audit that happens every 3-years. Put on hold due to pandemic. Some positions were addressed through attrition and rehiring as Civil Service. As part of that 3 year audit, State University Civil Service will challenge positions and exemptions and Illinois HR has to address those one a case by case basis. No plans to restart the classification review at this time.

        • Brian Faber suggested Educational Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (ELOE) Visiting Director Becky Heinrichs would be great and they would like the opportunity to speak.
