  • Workplace Satisfaction Survey: A total of 2,813 employees (1000 more than last year) participated in the Workplace Satisfaction Survey. While results are still being compiled, our new Net Promoter Score is 14.7 (7.98 last year).  The highest possible score is 100; however, achieving that is challenging because it means that every employee is a promoter. The following guidance can help with interpreting the results:
    1. A total score above zero means that there are more promoters than detractors.
    2. Scores between 10 and 30 are considered good.
    3. Scores between 50 and 70 are considered excellent.
    4. Research suggests that, overall, the average eNPS score ranges between 12-14 for organizations across various industries.

These new results will eventually be incorporated into the Workplace Satisfaction dashboard.

  1. Adjourn at 2:01
