Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA)

Association of Professional Staff Councils (APSC)
The Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA), formerly the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, is the academic consortium of the universities in the Big Ten Conference plus the University of Chicago. The BTAA’s mission is to advance academic excellence through collaboration across the member universities.

The BTAA APSC addresses challenges and works toward solutions for employees represented by the participating staff advisory/governing bodies of the member universities. The BTAA APSC exchanges information and examines issues in order to promote best practices and enhance the work life at member institutions. Staff council members* include:
